Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise
If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a SafeAmp.® Customer Support Representative immediately at 1-727-683-9112.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-10 days of SafeAmp.® receiving your returned product.
Items purchased from an Authorized SafeAmp.® Online retailer or retail store must be returned directly back to them. Our Authorized Retailers return policies may vary, returns are at their sole discretion.
